- Visit sede.registradores.org
- Log in using your digital certificate
- Select your user account to access the online services
2. Access the NRA Service
- Click on “Acceso rápido a Servicios” > “Número de Registro de Alquiler”
- Go to the «Telematic Submission» section
- You can also access this via the «Property» tab
3. Complete the NRA Application Form
You must provide:
- Land Registry office (based on the property’s location)
- Personal details of the owner and/or representative
- CRU code and cadastral reference
- Exact address, validated on a map
- Details of rental units: type, capacity, number of rooms
- Tourist license number, if already issued
- All mandatory supporting documentation
4. Sign and Submit Online
